About the Role

The Head of Sales & Marketing will provide strategic leadership to our commercial function by developing and executing growth strategies informed by market intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends.

The successful candidate will lead a multi-functional team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Production to achieve business objectives while strengthening our position across local and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the Sales & Marketing team to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Expand distribution channels and explore new markets, including export opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Manage sales and marketing budgets to ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Use market intelligence and data-driven insights to guide business decisions.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives aligned with quality and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • 6–8 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven success in B2B and distributor-led business models.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent strategic thinking abilities.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
